A convenient, high quality, versatile, Bowens fit light modifier ideal for portraits, fashion and more.

Save your set -up time and get on with your shoot quickly by opening this versatile modifier as simply as an umbrella. The soft-box locks into shape when extended and is easy to transport when collapsed down and stowed in the drawstring bag provided.

The Bowens S-fit bayonet fitting is compatible with all suitable lighting units and the integral speed ring allows free rotation for increased flexibility and spill control. Two Velcro access ports are included in the soft-box body to allow easy fitting by placing your hand internally. These ports double as air vents, ideal for light units that lack cooling fans.

The internal smooth, silver reflective surface can provide high contrast directional light more effectively than the standard dimpled surfaces. Diffusion and contrast can be modified with the addition of one or two layers of colour neutral material, an internal translucent baffle and/or the outer diffusing cover. The outer cover fixes simply with Velcro to the inside surface of the leading edge allowing the lip to extend and minimise the need for external flags.

The long strip shape controls the direction of light and reduces spill onto your background. Even more directional control can be gained by adding the optional honeycomb “eggbox” grid, simply attach to the inner Velcro rim.
